1. Introduction
Welcome to the official website of Hatari (www.hatari.co.th), operated by Hatari Electric Co., Ltd. ("the Company" or "we"). The term "you" refers to any individual or legal entity accessing the website or placing product orders from us. By accessing and using the website, including making any purchase orders, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please cease using the website immediately.
These Terms and Conditions apply only to purchases made via www.hatari.co.th and do not cover purchases from third parties.
2. User Account
2.1 When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
2.2 You must be at least 20 years old, or if under 20, obtain explicit consent from a parent or guardian before using the website and making transactions.
2.3 The Company reserves the right to suspend inactive accounts for more than 6 months or accounts that engage in inappropriate behavior or violate these Terms, without prior notice.
2.4 The Company reserves the right to terminate an account if it is found that the user has posted content that violates the law, public order, or good morals, or that harms the nation, religion, or monarchy, as determined by the Company.

3. Orders and Payment
3.1 You may place orders through the online form at www.hatari.co.th. Your order will be deemed accepted once payment is successfully completed.
3.2 We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order without providing a reason, including in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or service inability.
3.3 Product prices, delivery fees, and other charges are subject to change without notice. Please review final prices before confirming your order.
3.4 Payments may be made via specified channels, such as credit/debit cards, QR PromptPay, or other methods designated by the Company.
3.5 If an unauthorized use of another person's credit/debit card occurs, the Company reserves the right to demand full reimbursement and take legal action.
4. Delivery and Receipt of Products
4.1 We will deliver products only to the address provided in your order.
4.2 Estimated delivery time:
Bangkok and metropolitan areas: 1–2 business days
Other provinces: 3–7 business days
4.3 If we are unable to contact you for delivery within 2 days of the product being ready to ship, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
5. Order Cancellation and Refund
5.1 You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by using your account dashboard.
5.2 We reserve the right to cancel orders with pricing errors, in which case we will notify you within 3 days and provide a full refund via the original payment method.
6. Return Policy and Change of Mind
6.1 Aside from warranty rights, you may return products within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
(a) Contact our customer service within 14 days to request a return.
(b) Products must be unused.
(c) Packaging and seals must be intact and undamaged.
(d) Products must be in resalable condition.
(e) Spare parts and accessories cannot be returned for change of mind unless damaged during shipping or due to Company error.
6.2 If you meet these conditions, you will be refunded the product price, excluding shipping or other costs. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
7. Return Procedure

7.2 We will assess product damage or defect. If not eligible for return, the product will be returned to you, and you will bear the shipping costs.
7.3 For change-of-mind returns, refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after product inspection.
7.4 Credit/debit card refunds follow bank cycles. For QR PromptPay payments, you must provide a bank account matching the name on the order.
7.5 We will not accept returns for improper installation, misuse, or damage caused by the user.

9. Connection to COOLREWARD
